Ha csak néhány szóval kellene jellemeznem ezt a könyvet, akkor a következőket választanám: cuki. Édes. Imádnivaló. Ámulatos. És nagyon romantikus. Igen, ezek közül mindet. Ez a regény a teljesen tökéletes választás azok számára, akik szeretik a romantikus történeteket.

Már több előző értékelésemben is megemlítettem, hogy én nagyon szeretem, amikor két tehetséges író együtt dolgozik, ír és publikál valamit. Még mindig úgy gondolom, hogy ebből mindig valami igazán különleges tud születni, ezek a könyvek szerintem egy picit még egyedibbek tudnak lenni, mert, véleményem szerint, amikor két író együtt dolgozik valamin, akkor kettejük stílusát tudják ötvözni, és nekem ezért mindig különlegesebbek ezek az alkotások.

Jeannine Colette és Lauren Runow nagyszerű munkát végzett a Bryce-szal, én nagyon imádtam. A Bryce a Sexton Brothers második kötete, viszont ennek ellenére teljesen egyedülállóként is olvasható. Én is a sorozat első kötetének (Austin) olvasása nélkül kezdtem el, és mindent tökéletesen értettem. Azonban, hogyha szeretnétek, akkor sorrendben is olvashatjátok ezeket, biztos vagyok benne, hogy az egész történet így még zseniálisabb. A Bryce befejezése után már nagyon szeretném olvasni az Austin-t és természetesen Tanner kötetét is. (Ez még nem jelent meg.)

De most térjünk is vissza a Bryce-ra és mostmár meg is mutatom nektek, hogy miért is szerettem annyira ezt a könyvet.

A történet női főszereplője Tessa, aki sminkművészként dolgozik. Fiatal, huszonéves nő, nagyon tehetséges, imádja a munkáját, és a vendégei is nagyon szeretik az alkotásait. Azonban, az élete nem annyira egyszerű, mivel valaki másról is gondoskodni kell. Ez azonban abszolút nem teher számára, semmi pénzért sem változtatna az életén.

Bryce Sexton a családi cégnél dolgozik, és azt nyugodtan kijelenthetjük, hogy ő törődik ezzel a legjobban. A testvérei még különböző okok miatt nem állnak készen arra, hogy részt vegyenek a munkában, és ebből következően neki kell mindennel foglalkoznia és ezzel csak még több felelőssége lett. Gyakran előfordul, hogy késő estig dolgozik, így nem sok ideje marad magára, nem sok szabadideje van. Nagyon komolyan veszi a munkáját, és ezért sokan azt gondolják, hogy ő nagyon szigorú. De ez csak azért van, mert ő tényleg azt akarja, hogy működjön ez a cég. A munkatársaiban annyira nem bízik meg, mindenben ő is részt szeretne venni, hogy meggyőződjön róla, minden úgy van, ahogy annak lennie kell.

Egy este találkozik Tessa-val, és az teljesen nyilvánvaló hogy vonzódik a nőhöz. Másrészről viszont, Tessa igazán megdolgoztatja, amit meg is lehet érteni. Élete során volt már rossz élménye a férfiakkal, így nem engedheti meg magának, hogy csak úgy valakit beengedjen az életébe, főleg, ha a jelenlegi helyzetét is figyelembe vesszük. Az letagadhatatlan, hogy Tessa-nak is szimpatikus Bryce, de ugyanakkor, ő nagyon óvatos. Ugyanakkor, Bryce mindent megtesz, hogy Tessa jobban megismerje őt, és, hogy elnyerje a bizalmát.

Tessa az, amire Bryce-nak szüksége van. Bryce az, amire Tessa-nak van szüksége. Már csak az a nagy kérdés, hogy tényleg együtt tudnak lenni? Képesek működtetni a kapcsolatukat? Megtudhatjátok, ha elolvassátok Jeannine Colette és Lauren Runow Bryce című regényét.

Jeannine Colette és Lauren Runow írónőktől nekem ez volt a legeslegelső olvasmányom, és már alig várom, hogy még többet olvashassak tőlük. Engem nagyon megleptek ezzel a történettel. Ketten egy nagyszerű történetet írtak. Szerintem nagyon olvasmányosra sikeredett, én nagyon hamar a végére értem, ezt viszont nagyon sajnáltam, mert még úgy olvastam volna tovább és tovább és tovább. A karakterek nagyon a szívemhez nőttek. Tetszett, hogy Bryce és Tessa kapcsolata egy picit lassabban alakult ki, de amikor már tényleg együtt voltak... Ohh. ♥ Ámulatosan szép.

I sit up a little to open the bag and pull out a folded blue T-shirt. He winks and gives me a sexy-as-sin grin as I open it to see what it says.

I would walk across Legos for you.

I laugh out loud.

“I never knew true love until I stepped on a Lego,” he says.

Imádtam Tessa karakterét, tetszett, hogy bár még nagyon fiatal, kifejezetten önálló, minden téren nagyon jól teljesít, a szeretteinek mindent megtesz, lelkes, szorgalmas, kedves, inspiráló. Nem egyszerű a helyzete, de ő mindent megtesz, hogy nekik minél jobb legyen, és ezért csak csodálni lehet. Charlie pedig maga a cukiság. ♥

Bryce tipikusan az a karakter, akit az első pillanattól kezdve imádsz. Nagylelkű, rendkívül jó ember, karizmatikus, fontos számár a munkája, és igazán jól is teljesít benne. Nagyon szerettem Tessa és Bryce összes közös pillanatát, kettejük vonzalma letagadhatatlan, nagyon jók együtt. ♥

Austin minden egyes feltűnésével azt az érzést keltette bennem, hogy nekem el kell olvasni az ő történetét is. Nagyon kíváncsi lettem rá, szóval biztosan sort fogok keríteni erre a regényre is.

Miközben olvastam ezt a könyvet volt egy olyan érzésem, hogy a testvérük, Tanner, inkább az a titokzatosabb fajta. Mondjuk, nekem mindig ők a kedvenceim, szóval én egyáltalán nem bántam, hogy ő ilyen lett. :D ♥ Nem tudom, hogy miért ezek a karakterek fognak meg mindig a legjobban. De, ha már Tannert is megemlítettem... MI VOLT AZ A BEFEJEZÉS???? Nekem most kell a folytatás. Azért azt nem gondoltam volna, hogy ilyen nagy meglepetést is tud okozni. Most tedig tűkön ülve várom, hogy az ő kötete is megjelenjen. Az biztos, hogy érdekes lesz.

Mindent figyelembe véve, Jeannine Colette és Lauren Runow Bryce című közös alkotása egy kifejezetten jó történet. Oh, sokkal, de sokkal több annál, mint kifejezetten jó. Bryce és Tessa kötete nagyon humoros, elképesztően aranyos és romantikus. Nagyon-nagyon-nagyon szerettem a párosukat. ♥ Ha szeretitek a romantikus történeteket, akkor adjatok ennek is egy esélyt, szerintem nagyon csodálatos volt. ♥

If I had to say only just a few words about this novel, I would say the following ones: cute. Sweet. Adorable. Swoony. And so romantic. Yes, all those things. This book is the ultimate perfect choice for everyone who likes romantic stories.

In several previous reviews, I have already mentioned that I love when two super talented author start working together, write and publish together. I still think that these novels are always a little bit more special, these stories are always feel a little bit more unique to me, because, in my opinion, when two writers work together, they can mix their styles, and the books are always so awesome.

Jeannine Colette and Lauren Runow did an amazing job with Bryce, I absolutely loved it. Bryce is the second book in Sexton Brothers series, but it can be read as a standalone. I have read it without reading Austin first, and I understood everything. However, if you want, you can read them in order, I'm sure the story is even more wonderful in that way. After finishing Bryce, I really want to read Austin too, not to mention Tanner's story.

Now, let's turn back to Bryce and let me tell you why I loved this novel so much.

The female main character is Tessa, who works as a makeup artist. She is young, in her twenties, she is really talented, loves her job, and her clients also adore what she is able to do. However, her life is not easy, because she has to take care of someone. And she loves him, she wouldn't change her life.

Bryce Sexton is working in his family's company, and we can say that he cares the most about this. His brothers are not really ready becasue of various reasons, so he is dealing with everything and has so many responsibilities. He usually works until late in the evening, and because of that he does not have much free time. He takes his job very seriously, and it made him seem to be very cold and distant. But it is because he really wants this business to be successful. He does not trust in his colleagues, so he wants to be a part of everything, he wants to make sure everything is as it should be.

One night, he meets with Tessa, and he is attracted to her. On the other hand, Tessa had Bryce really working for it for several times, and we can really understand this. She has some bad experiences with men, and now, that her life changed, she can not let any man be a part of it in an instant. It is quite obvious, that Tessa likes him, too, but she is very careful. At the same time, Bryce does everything to get to know Tessa, and to make her trust in him.

Tessa is what Bryce needs. Bryce is what Tessa needs. But the big question is that can they really be together? You can find out if you read Bryce by Jeannine Colette and Lauren Runow.

It was my very first book by Jeannine Colette and Lauren Runow, but after finishing it, I can't wait to read more by them. They completely surprised me with this story. They wrote an incredibly amazing novel together. It was so easy to read it, I finished it really soon, and I was sad, because I would love to read more and more and more about these characters. I loved them so much. I really liked that Tessa and Bryce's story was a little bit slowburn, but when they are finally together... Ohh. ♥ So swoonworthy. Beautiful.

I loved Tessa's character, she is so young, but she is so independent at the same time, she is so strong, she does everything for her friends and family, she is generous, kind, inspiring and hard-working. Her situation is not easy, but she loves it, she does not want it any other way. Charlie is the definition of cuteness. ♥

Bryce is tipically that character that you instantly love, and you can't help it. He is a super amazing man, charismatic, handsome, clever, confident, his job is important for him, and he is really hard-working. I loved all of Tessa and Bryce's moment together, they are attracted to each other, and it is absolutely undeniable, they are so good together. ♥

With every of his appearances, Austin made me really want to read his story, too.He made me really curious, and now I can't wait to read his book. ♥ I'll definitely read it.

While I was reading Bryce, I had a feeling that Austin and Bryce's brother, Tanner, is the mysterious one. To be honest, these characters are always my biggest favourites, so I didn't mind that there is one in that book, too. :D ♥ I don't really know why are always these characters catch my attention. But, now that I mentioned Tanner, too... WHAT WAS THAT ENDING???? I need the next one. Right now. I wasn't ready for a surprise at the very end of the book, not to mention that it was a huge surprise. Now, I am (impatiently) waiting for his book's release day. I am sure it will be interesting.

Taking everything into account, Bryce by Jeannine Colette and Lauren Runow is a pretty good story. Oh no, it is more than pretty good. A lot more. Bryce and Tessa's book is so funny, super romantic and extremely cute and sweet. I really-really-really adored that couple. ♥ If you are a romance reader, you need to give a chance to this novel, too, I really do think that it is wonderful. ♥

It gets five stars from me. ♥
